Hotels named before you pay
Your quote lists the exact hotel for every night, the vehicle and what is excluded. No "or similar".
Registration and darshan help
We complete the mandatory yatra registrations and plan your days around the quietest darshan times.
Someone to call, all the way

Char Dham Yatra Registration: Step-by-Step Guide
Registration is mandatory and free for every pilgrim visiting Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath or Badrinath. Register on the Uttarakhand Tourism portal or its mobile app with a photo ID for each person, choose your dhams and dates, and carry the registration letter with its QR code. It is checked on the route.
Char Dham Opening and Closing Dates
The four shrines open between late April and mid-May and close around Diwali and in mid-November. For 2026, Kedarnath and Yamunotri close on Bhai Dooj (11 November) and Badrinath is expected to close around 13 November. The 2027 opening dates will be announced on Basant Panchami (Badrinath), Maha Shivratri (Kedarnath) and Akshaya Tritiya (Yamunotri and Gangotri).
Kedarnath Trek Guide: Gaurikund to the Temple
The Kedarnath trek is about 16 km each way on a paved, well-supported trail from Gaurikund (around 1,980 m) to the temple (3,583 m). Most people take 6 to 9 hours to walk up and 4 to 6 hours to come down. Start early, carry warm layers and rain gear, and stay the night at Kedarnath if you can.
Vaishno Devi Yatra Guide
The walk to Mata Vaishno Devi's holy cave is about 12 km from Katra on a paved, lit path open around the clock. Get your free RFID yatra card online or at Katra, start the yatra within the time allowed, and finish with darshan at the Bhairon temple. Helicopter and ropeway tickets are sold only through the Shrine Board.
Frequently asked questions
Which yatra should I choose first: Char Dham or Do Dham?
If you have 10 or more days and reasonable fitness, the full Char Dham Yatra is the complete pilgrimage. With 6–7 days, or with elderly parents, the Do Dham Yatra to Kedarnath and Badrinath is the most rewarding choice.
When should I book the Char Dham Yatra for 2027?
Start planning in December or January. Hotels near Kedarnath and helicopter seats for May, June and October fill up early. The shrines open in late April or May.
Do you arrange Vaishno Devi helicopter tickets?
Helicopter tickets are sold only through the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board's official portal. We plan your trip around the slot you book, and arrange a pony or palki as a backup.
Do you plan pilgrimages for international travellers?
Yes. We plan private pilgrimage tours for NRI families and international devotees, with airport pickup and help with visas and temple etiquette. See Hindu pilgrimage tours of India.
How do I get a price?
Send us your yatra, month and group size on WhatsApp or through the form. We reply with a day-by-day plan, named hotels and a per-person price.
